何李黎,美国麻省大学食品科学系教授。毕业于美国密苏里大学,获农学博士学位。2009年至2012年在美国明尼苏达大学进行博士后研究工作。2011年,其发表论文被 Analyst期刊评为十佳论文。2012年,被国际食品科学技术协会评为青年科学家。著有Food Chemical Hazard Detection: Development and Application of New Technologies等著作。担任Food Research International 等杂志的编委。 长期致力于研究创新型分析化学在食品中的应用。报告主要关于表面增强拉曼光谱在食品化学,食品安全,和食品生物学方面的应用。
